WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED ?

We inspect every item before it is shipped out, In case you received a damaged or defected item due to the shipping process, the item will be replaced immediately.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT IS FAULTY.

In the unlikely event that you received an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately. Each situation is reviewed on a case by case basis, however, where we are at fault, we will gladly offer a replacement.
